Decided to try my hands at some Red Velv Cupcakes today...

I was feeling a little tired and lazy today so I decided instead of laying on the couch...why not get up to try this Red Velvet Cupcakes recipe that I found, I had intentionally bought the ingredients for it during a trip to Wally...I have been dying to get into baking homemade treats...I must say that they turned out great for a first timer...the first batch were not red enough so I gave them another try and voila!!...Red Velv Cupcakes as I call them!...I even did homemade frosting!..I am super proud...lol...they are delish, I will definitely try this recipe again!...The recipe was courtesy of Carrot Top Mom, the link for the recipe is http://www.carrottopmom.com/?p=290, I hope you guys will give them a whirl!
